He discussed my problem initially over the telephone, explained clearly what work would be required and the potential cost to ensure that I was happy to proceed. He called out to complete the job at short notice on the same day as our telephone discussion, at the agreed time, and also carried out a small additional task I had asked about when the initial job was completed. I would recommend the Locksmith as reliable and trustworthy for any future work.
